AIGA Colorado president Mindy Nies was looking for unknown talent and invited me to speak at Denver. The lecture was well-received and I’m looking forward to my next (wherever that may be). Much fun was had pre-lecture chatting with Mindy and copywriter Joseph of ink stain in the bar of the Oxford Hotel. Thanks also to Jemmy Chien who coordinated an earlier lecture with students at the Art Institute of Colorado and took me round the new Museum of Contemporary Art | Denver designed by architect David Adjaye.

At the beginning of the year, commarts.com featured the Dwell DesignSource site. Sue Garibaldi, technology editor at Communcation Arts magazine, just informed us the site write-up was chosen to be rerun in the May/June issue of the print magazine...

Dwell is one of our favorite clients. Hopefully all that love shows in the new homepage we designed and coded for them. Many new features are evident including video and podcasts. Congratulations to the entire team including Perry Nelson and Christina Amini from Dwell and Akshobhya Mann from Clickability.

This week we’re proud to see the Dwell DesignSource site featured online as the Communication Arts Site of the Week starting January 22, 2007.

Our awards wall is getting crowded as www.dwelldesignsource.com was also awarded a 2006 American Graphic Design Award. The American Graphic Design Awards honors outstanding new work of all kinds: print, packaging, point-of-purchase, internet, interactive and motion graphics.
